Great place to stay, the breakfast wasn't good though. I expected a little more out of the breakfast, biscuits and gravy at least. They had a machine that makes small pancakes which was fine, other than that they had sausage patties and scrambled eggs. Milk was expired, the apple juice was very watered down and the orange juice wasn't the greatest either. Other than that, overall experience was decent.
The bed was a bit too firm for me, it bothered my sciatica. And while it was nice they had an iHome clock charger in the room, the charger itself was broken and I couldn’t charge my phone. It was quiet in the morning and woke up was able to wake up on my own time. The room was spotless, modern and comfortable. It had everything I needed. The recliner they chose for my room felt like sitting on a cloud. Overall, the stay was worth every penny. I will return!
One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff is very friendly and Heather, who works the front desk, went above and beyond to help me out. The rooms are really comfortable and spacious. The lobby is beautiful and I spent a lot of time in front of the fireplace, so cozy. I can’t say enough for the entire experience, I give it a 10!
The rooms were very nice, clean, and good sized with decent amenities. Although the rooms themselves were quiet from outside sounds, the in-room heater and mini fridge were quite loud. Beds were ok; not super comfy, but not uncomfortable. Breakfast menu was generous, with quality one would expect of hotel fare. Water pressure pretty low. Air very dry. Overall favorable impression for price.
Christina was amazing! We needed special accommodations and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! We had to have a handicap room and extra amenities that she helped us with. I have traveled a lot for work and with family and this was the best customer service that I have come across. Thanks again Christina for making our stay a pleasant one!
TRAVELING WORKERS! I've stayed at every hotel in town. This is the best and worth the price. The breakfast is really top class and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff and great parking. Right next to a grocery store!

Stayed here for two nights with my husband and 2 yr old. The staff was friendly, the establishment was clean, and the beds were SO comfortable. Brookstone is very close to Walmart if you need anything. Fort Dodge made for a very peaceful visit. Consider checking out downtown. There isn't a lot going on but there are some fabulous coffee shops and cool old buildings. Would stay again.
